DUTIES Our technician will perform apartment turns and property maintenance which includes electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall patching, painting, vinyl flooring installation repair, locks, grounds, after hour emergency on-call rotation, etc. QUALIFICATIONS Apartment maintenance experience needed.
